Minimum Orders: A minimum total order is required for all purchase orders for Cotell hospitality telephones and guestroom devices. Some special order products that are not in stock or requires customization may require a minimum order of 500 to 2,000 units. Payment by telegraphic transfer or Letter of Credit is required in advance for all purchases with Cotell. Product Availability: Cotell will confirm all orders via email or fax. The confirmation will include an estimated ship date that is subject to change without prior notice. Product that is not currently available will be backordered. Most backorders are shipped within 45 days. Some products may be discontinued without notice. Custom faceplates, custom memory button programming, and custom message waiting modifications may require additional time to complete.

Shipping: Cotell ships all orders from its corporate headquarters in Shenzhen, China. Cotell ships via a variety of freight carriers. Distributors/dealers are welcome to use their preferred shipper or freight forwarder and to have all shipping charges billed to their third party account numbers.
