Cotell provides comprehensive pre-sales professional and post sales life cycle services support to hospitality customers.

On professional services, Cotell provides consultancy and expert advice to hoteliers on the type of telephones to be chosen for the hotel and what features are required to suit the different categories of guests that the hotel intended to address.

On Life cycle services, all Cotell telephones comes with 10 years warranty * against casing material and passive component defect. Any failure within this period will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

All faulty telephones require repair must be returned to Cotell factory at:

· Kindly note the following condition for return:
· Request for an RMA No. from sales@cotell.cn
· Make sure that the RMA No. is clearly stated on the RMA
· Please clearly describe nature of the fault and the returning address on the RMA accompany the faulty telephone
· Ensure that the serial number of the faulty telephone matches the serial number indicate on the RMA.
· The RMA No. must be written clearly on the box of the returning parcel.
· The above apply to telephones purchased directly from Cotell. Telephone purchased form Cotell dealers should be referred to the dealer for the return procedure.

Failure to follow the above instruction may cause delay in returning the telephones.
